Initial commit: sap-test-legacy-webhook

Receptor de prueba para sap-legacy-webhook-emulator sin depender de
sap-webhook-api: recibe el POST con el CloudEvent y guarda cada
notificacion en data/events/. Sin framework, HTTP o HTTPS autodetectado.
