Log del JSON enviado al Service Layer cuando SAP rechaza, para todos los documentos. Versión 2.1.5.0

Se mueve de CreditNotesRepository a ConnectionServiceLayer (PostAsync,
PatchAsyncSBA, PatchNoContentAsync) con un hook asignado en Startup.
